About the event

A 4-hour seminar specifically for first responder spouses led from the unique perspective of current police officer, Ingrid Herriott, who is also a police spouse. She understands the mindset, culture, and challenges of being a spouse of a first responder, but also gives an inside view of the first responder perspective. She builds connections and navigates through difficult conversations, providing practical tools for wellness, resilience, and balance as a first responder family. This seminar supports raising children through the unique realities of the job, addressing the unseen burdens and finding support and strength. Keynote speaker: Mallory Fries, the wife of a police officer who survived a fatal gunfight. Mallory, a mother of four, shares her powerful story of walking through an officer-involved shooting, the impact it had on her marriage, her children, and her family, and how they found strength, faith, and healing together. We come to you; we travel to your agency or venue to present this seminar. What value does your agency place on family mental health?
