Service Description
A 4-hour seminar specifically for first responder spouses led from the unique perspective of current police officer, Ingrid Herriott, who is also a police spouse. She understands the mindset, culture, and challenges of being a spouse of a first responder, but also gives an inside view of the first responder perspective. She builds connections and navigates through difficult conversations, providing practical tools for wellness, resilience, and balance as a first responder family. This seminar supports raising children through the unique realities of the job, addressing the unseen burdens and finding support and strength. Keynote speaker: Mallory Fries, the wife of a police officer who survived a fatal gunfight. Mallory, a mother of four, shares her powerful story of walking through an officer-involved shooting, the impact it had on her marriage, her children, and her family, and how they found strength, faith, and healing together. We come to you; we travel to your agency or venue to present this seminar. What value does your agency place on family mental health? Standard Seminar: up to 50 attendees Regional Seminar: 51 - 200 attendees Conference Seminar: 201+ attendees Travel cost to the venue is based on a starting point of Fort Wayne, IN. Standard Seminar 60 miles: $2,000 Standard Seminar 180 miles: $3,500 Standard Seminar 180+ miles: $5,000 Regional Seminar 60 miles: $3,000 Regional Seminar 180 miles: $4,500 Regional Seminar 180+ miles: $6,000 Conference Seminar 60 miles: $4,000 Conference Seminar 180 miles: $5,500 Conference Seminar 180+ miles: $7,000 *Final cost can vary depending on travel expenses, which depend on location and lodging requirements.* Proceeds and donations from this event will go to The Fries Foundation, a licensed 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Attendee tickets will be distributed through Fries Consulting, LLC event ticket page at NO COST once the venue has been secured. Seminars secured at $4,500 or more may further qualify for grant considerations through the Fries Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Grant applications are reviewed monthly by the Foundation’s Board of Directors, with awards distributed on a rolling basis.

Payment is due at scheduling. Refunds MAY be permitted if requested at least two months before the seminar.
